It's time to introduce myself. I'm Dr. Patricia, a Canadian Medical Doctor, Women's Health Expert, Functional Medicine Practitioner, published author, and internationally recognized researcher.

Despite eating what I thought was a healthy diet and exercising regularly, I used to suffer from so many health issues: menstrual irregularities, painful heavy periods, uterine fibroid, acne, dermatitis,  infertility, low mood with irritability and anxiousness, constipation alternating with diarrhea, struggling to regain my ideal body shape...and my whole-body health was slowly and surely declining. 

Finally I was FED UP, and using my research skills I went beyond what was taught in my medical training, and found the essential health wisdom all women need to truly thrive.

I applied this wisdom to my life, and the results were nothing short of amazing.

🗝  Strategic timing of daily habits (e.g. should you intermittent fast, and how to do so safely for your female hormones), so that you can optimize your bodily functions for better digestion, weight, detoxification and sleep
🗝  Blood sugar monitoring using a classic (finger-prick) or continuous blood sugar monitor, and how to modify when, what and how you eat to keep your blood sugars steady for hormone balancing, daylong energy and deep sleep repair
🗝  Identify your unique food sensitivities with a doctor-led Elimination Diet that incorporates blood sugar monitoring for a powerful combo of better hormone balancing AND gut health (with access to many delicious recipes and food swaps so you can eat the food your body loves while still enjoying life!) 
Core Skill Building Sessions & Support
Each Key Skill will be taught over a 2-4 week segment with a weekly Skill-Building Session (live with me via Zoom on Wednesdays between 10-11am PDT/1-2pm EST), followed by an Integration Week (no live session, protected time to integrate the teachings into daily life and catch up on any to-dos from the previous 3-4 weeks).

You will be part of a private Body Wisdom FB group where you can continue to ask your questions in between Sessions for more custom support and accountability from myself and other Body Wisdom members.




Live Sessions For Custom Support
The Body Wisdom sessions facilitated by me, Dr. Patricia, are also an opportunity to get all of your Body Wisdom questions answered for custom support. You will have access to all of the recordings in case you can't attend a session.

These are also the times when other Body Wisdom members ask questions that you wish you had known to ask! These unexpectedly powerful moments help you feel like you are not alone on your health journey, provide a supportive Body Wisdom community, and are crucial opportunities to better understand what’s really going on in your body

Monitoring your blood sugar is an incredibly powerful tool to dramatically boost your energy by eating for blood sugar balance. Learn the foods your body needs, the ones to avoid, and how to time out your meals so you can reduce cravings and feel energized all day long. I will teach you how to interpret and respond to your blood sugar measurements nutritionally so that you know exactly what to do with your food plan.

A guided Elimination Diet is an important tool for identifying your unique food sensitivities so you can eat the foods your body loves. You’ll be provided with all of the resources you need to complete the Elimination Diet including over 30 delicious and easy recipes your family will also love, what body reactions to watch for as you begin reintroducing foods back into your diet and what to do about them, a Weekly Tracker you can use to document your body's food reactions and track your progress for success, and learn how to make adjustments to your diet on the fly. 

When combined with blood sugar monitoring, this will be a crucial time when we will truly hone in on what your body needs to jumpstart its health

When does Body Wisdom start?

What is the cost of Body Wisdom? 

After you fill out the Body Wisdom application and if we progress to a Discovery Call, we can then strategize what would be the best approach to suit your unique needs. First we need to determine if you and Body Wisdom are a good fit! This program works best for motivated women who are committed to making changes in their lifestyle. This is not for you if you are not ready to invest your time and effort into your health. 

What exactly will be covered in Body Wisdom? In other words, how will this specifically help my whole-body health? 

Great question! With the foundational use of core supplements, strategically optimizing your body's circadian (daily) rhythms, the Elimination Diet to discover your unique food sensitivities, and blood sugar monitoring to balance your hormones, I will show you proven and surprisingly effective strategies to: 

1. Personalize nutrition and target supplements 
2. Repair digestion and support detoxification

Will I get all of my questions answered?  What if I can't attend all the live Sessions? 

The answer is yes - absolutely!!  With the weekly live Sessions, you will be able to attend as much or as little as you need to in order to get all of your questions answered.If you can't attend a live Session and have questions that you need answered, you can share them with Dr. Patricia through the Private Facebook Group and she will make sure your questions are answered. You will have access to all of the recordings while you are enrolled in Body Wisdom so you can watch the replays at your convenience, and if you want to review the information provided. 

Is this targeted to a specific age group, background, identification, or health condition for women?
Quick answer: No! Absolutely not.

This is for you if you desire whole-body health, you are frustrated with your lack of results so far, and you are incredibly motivated to make the changes required to get the results you desire, and deserve! 

I crave to have a diverse group of women, different ages, life experiences, and perspectives. This makes the Live Sessions unexpectedly very powerful learning moments, as we all have something to offer and we all can learn and benefit from the collective experience. 

Historically we hung out together in a "tribe", and once you experience this magic, you’ll wonder why we ever stopped.

When are the Live Sessions and what is the time commitment?
We’ll be meeting together on Wednesdays for one hour starting at 10am PDT (1pm EST), 2-4 weeks segments at a time starting with the first Wednesday of the Program, with one Integration Week in between each 2-4 weeks segment, which will be a week with no live session; this week is protected time off to review and integrate your new skills. 

You will receive the detailed schedule once you register for the Program; during the 4 months I highly recommend you protect these Wednesday timeslots for the Skill Building Sessions as well as the Integration Week, as this is protected time to review the information and integrate your skills. 

The live Sessions are OPTIONAL, however I highly recommend that you attend regularly in order to get the most out of this experience and be able to ask your questions live. 

What if I have to miss a session? 
All sessions will be recorded for your group, for you to watch in case you have to miss or review at a later time.

All session recordings and handouts will be uploaded into your private online group resources so you can easily catch up with anything you missed.

What kind of support can I expect outside of the live Sessions?
 
As part of the Program, you will be provided with group coaching and support in a Private Whatsapp group facilitated by a Health Coach.

Our certified Health Coach will be there to moderate the group and provide feedback to let you know when you are on the right track, so you’ll never feel like you’re on your own.

You’ll also be able to connect with your powerful Body Wisdom community in the private Facebook Group. These women will become your best supporters and cheerleaders as you walk this journey together. 

How long do I have access to this course?
You will have longterm access to the Body Wisdom recordings and handouts so you can come back to them when and as often as you need to.
