The first step, the elimination phase, will take a minimum of 4 weeks. The second step, the re-introduction phase, can take several weeks depending on how you choose to re-introduce your foods
Once you complete both steps, you will know what foods your body responds well to and which ones are problematic. That doesn’t mean you have to completely avoid them; it just means that you have to accept the adverse effects that may arise if you choose to eat them.
