What You Will Get:

  • ​​Each live weekly session takes place via Zoom for a duration of 1 hr, where I, Dr. Patricia, cover one of the 10 life-changing, foundational health topics in The Wild Collective program. The week prior to each session you will be provided with a video lesson on the topic of the week. In the live sessions we will cover your questions and go deeper into your areas of interest. You can choose to attend the weekly live session, or you can submit your question(s) prior to the session in the online group chat (hosted on Practice Better, PB) and watch the replay

Hi, I'm Dr. Patricia Mills!

Specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Practicing Functional Medicine, and true Champion of Wild Women…

While I am a Medical Doctor, I am also a published author, internationally recognized researcher and deeply passionate about showing women how to achieve their personal health transformations... in just 10 weeks.

I have gone beyond what I was taught in Medical School and Specialty Training, completed my Functional Medicine training and immersed myself into exploring the research in various areas of health, including:

What if I have to miss a session? 
All sessions will be recorded for your group, for you to watch in case you have to miss or review. 

All powerpoint presentations, session recordings and handouts will be uploaded into your private online group resources.
 
What if I’m busy and don’t have the time? 
Your health is your true wealth.

We all know that it is very costly to get sick — lost time at work, lost time with family and friends, and the priceless cost of not feeling like you’re living your life fully, the way it is meant to be lived.

Is this targeted to a specific age group, background, identification or health condition for women?
Quick answer: No! Absolutely not.

I crave to have a diverse group of women, different ages, life experiences and perspectives. We all have something to offer and we all can learn and benefit from the collective experience.

Historically we hung out together in a "tribe", and once you experience the magic, you’ll wonder why we ever stopped!

Will I be able to get all of my specific questions and concerns answered?

I never seem to be able to when I’m with my health care practitioner - how will this be different?
There are SO many things your medical doctor or naturopathic doctor want to teach you. But there just isn’t enough time in each 1-to-1 visit to fit it all in, and doing multiple follow-up visits can get costly for you.
